Today is friday.Yawning.I woke up at 7.00 am to prepare myself for the 8.00 am work.As usual even though it was raining, I take my car to office.I drived, drived and drived and almost become the sleeper==.I did not have enough sleep because yesterday we got the selection have approximately 7 hours included the drived time.
I'm one and the only one.I cant change the world also cant change the sleeping time.

Yesterday our windsun members went join the johore state selection.Cause the selection was process with separate male and female so I only can make the reports for the male.

Ist Dan Pattern
First select : Antony and Jack succeed entry final (5 persons)
Second select : Antony VS BP guy (Orz...Should be fight with Jack de!!!)
Last select : Antony won (Congrats ^^)

2nd Dan Pattern (4 persons only)
First select : Ander direct game out haha, by right.

Sparring 50kg below (4 persons)
First select : Jack (43kg) lose (Kesian)

Sparring 70kg - 78kg (3 persons)
First select : Antony (71kg haha) lose (…unlucky team with J!!)

Can you see my abdomen? It's like a watermelon, according to our windsun members especially the auntie who called felyn ong. It's due to excessive eating and sitting after training every time.When I standing up the weighbridge I keep staring the number 58 and yearned the guy only 49kg in the years 2007.
How many 10 years are there in our life? I'm feeling my years.

New event - breaking with flying side kick
First select 3 chairs : all pass except the AK' nephew (hahaaha)
Second select 4 chairs : remove half of participant
Third select 5 chairs : remain Antony and 2 BP guys
Last select : wait other time the coach select from these 3 persons
I no try doesn't mean I cant jump,I only take care my watermelon abdomen bring on earthquake when I fall down.

We were 7 members and only 3 persons got selected, congrats again to Bell Sea,Felyn Ong and Antony Gan.Erm…the dark rings surrounding my eyes are very obvious, ZZZ was the only word I can uttered that time.Hahaha.
